a family passion

A passion, that of the Vaiani family for good food, which was realized in 1971 with the management of their first restaurant, “Tre Stelle”, which during the summer season in Forte dei Marmi offered simple dishes of the finest tradition Versilia. The desire to change, to stand out and to propose the highest-level cuisine, brings them to life in 1990 at the Bistro. A restaurant that revives the past, in a more modern, more advanced way. So the hospitality, the cuisine changes, the culinary philosophy is becoming more refined and sought after. The environments are enriched with lights, elegance and refined inspiration, and shortly afterwards the Bistrot consecrates itself among the best spots on the Versilia coast. Today, the Michelin Star shines beside a name, that of the Vaiani, which has contributed little to make the Forte dei Marmi known to the national and international elite tourism. For several years, David and Marco Vaiani have inherited from their parents, Piero and Nadia, this important mission dedicated to catering and high-quality hospitality, a task carried on with great commitment and dedication. The restaurant is divided into three main rooms: two interiors elegantly furnished in colonial style, more suitable for autumn and winter. In the larger room there are two wood-burning ovens that in some cases help to embellish the fish and meat dishes prepared in the adjacent open kitchen. A large and cool exterior dehor takes on a good season, giving a great added value to the reception of the Bistrot, allowing customers to spend an evening of good taste and the cuisine of author of fish and meat. exclusive environments, coupled with a friendly and attentive service, cared for by the lounge staff. An underground cellar of 80 square meters provides a wide selection of wines that make up a varied and important card, expertly interpreted by the sommelier with constantly updated labels, ranging from novelties with excellent value for money to the most prestigious, Italy and the rest of the world. In the cellar it is also possible to book exclusive private dinners, enjoying a singular ambience in which there is also a stone caveau in sight, enclosed by a glass wall, containing a collection of international wines such as the best French champagne.
